The locks on the office of San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, accused of sexually harassing more than a dozen women, were changed, the city attorney's office said. A spokesman for the city attorney said the office didn't order the locks changed but was aware it had been done, Politico reported Monday. Filner attorney James Payne said in a statement Filner has completed behavior therapy treatment that began July 29. The lawyer said Filner will begin outpatient treatment and take personal time this week. Fourteen women have accused Filner of making unwanted sexual advances, including propositions and groping. Late last week, U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., sent Filner an open letter urging him to step down. She said he should get the help he needs "as a private citizen."
