London Heathrow airport closed due to plane fire

London Heathrow airport had closed both its runways due to a fire aboard an Ethiopian Airlines plane, local media said on Friday. A Heathrow spokeswoman said there were no passengers aboard the Boeing 787 Dreamliner jet. The new jet had been grounded for several weeks due to battery fires earlier this year, and the Boeing company had came up with a satisfactory fix, the Sky News channel reported.
