A long truck has hit the pier of a railway bridge of Paveletsky route in Moscow Region. The driver has been injured. Railway tracks were damaged as a result of the incident but train traffics continued uninterrupted, an officer in the press service of the regional Road Traffic Inspectorate told Itar-Tass early Wednesday. According to preliminary data, a MAN long truck hit the railway bridge pier after midnight at the 36 km of the Kashira Road. The diriver was hospitalized and railway tracks were partially damaged. This section of the road is now colosed to traffic in view of damage control operations. A detour has been arranged via M-4 Don Highway. An inquiry in connection with the road incident is under way.
