Algerian Foreign Minister, Murad Madlassi, called for non-interference in the Syrian internal affairs, saying the crisis in Syria should be solved by the Syrians themselves. In statements broadcast by Radio Algeria International on Thursday, Madlassi stressed that the crisis in Syria must be dealt with by the Syrians themselves and that "foreign military intervention would lead to further violence in the country." "The crisis in Syria should be handled through dialogue inside the country," Madlassi added, pointing out that in order for bringing this crisis to an end it is necessary to restore regional stability and security. He called upon the regional organizations to play a positive role in this issue and bolster negotiation and dialogue between the Syrian government and the opposition.
