
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Sunday received a delegation of goodwill ambassadors including representatives from Norway, US, France, Kuwait, Jordan and Philippines.
The delegation's visit to Cairo came upon an invitation sent by Egypt and Peace Lovers Society.
They asked to meet with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and volunteered to promote for tourism in Egypt in all the countries that they are expected to visit.
Mahlab on his part briefed them on the latest developments that took place in Egypt in the wake of the June 30 revolution.
The premier asserted that Egypt is facing a serious terrorist threat and should be backed by all world countries. He also asserted that Islam is a religion of tolerance and Egypt has always been a country hosting all religions that peacefully coexisted for many eras.
The delegation pledged to convey a message of peace and security about Egypt to the world.
