Malaysia condemned Israel action which blocked a proposed meeting of Non-Aligned Movement(NAM) envoys on Palestine. The Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that Israel had no valid legal reason to bar some of the foreign ministers including Malaysia’s delegations from Ramallah as it was located in Palestine and not in Israel. The action taken by Israel again showed to NAM and the international community the suffering of the Palestinians in their struggle to achieve full independence with Jerusalem as its capital, the statement added. The government of Malaysia strongly condemns Israel’s action which violates international principles of law and Israel’s obligation as the power occupying Palestine,” said the statement. Israel refused last Sunday foreign ministers of Malaysia,Algeria,Cuba and Bangladesh and Indonesia to enter the West Bank city of Ramallah because of what it called” which it has no diplomatic relations and do not recognize Israel.
