The representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq Martin Kobler has arrived in Kirkuk this morning 13 Nov. Rakan Saeed al-Jubouri, the deputy governor of Kirkuk told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that Kobler has arrived in Kirkuk on Tuesday morning and will meet with representatives of the components of Kirkuk Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen and Assyrians to discuss the issue of elections in Kirkuk. The reporter of / NINA / pointed out that Kobler held the first meeting with representatives of the Kurdish group in the provincial council.
