Marzouki congratulates emir of Qatar

President Moncef Marzouki extended a congratulatory message to Emir of Qatar Tamim Ben Hamad Ben Khalifa Al Thani, who succeeded his father Sheikh Hamad ben Khalifa Al Thani to the thrown.
