The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, MBRF, has launched a series of social responsibility training programmes through its knowledge affiliate, Qindeel Educational.
The announcement was made today at a press conference held at the foundation’s headquarters.
MBRF, a member of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, began the programmes as part of the #Year of Giving initiative, launched by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
These programmes provide Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, related consulting and training services to public and private organisations in the UAE.
Speaking at the press conference, Jamal bin Huwaireb, Managing Director of MBRF, said that the foundation hopes to make an immense contribution to society by promoting social responsibility in the UAE, in line with the Year of Giving initiative.
"MBRF is committed to playing a positive role in society and to motivating young people, educating them, and developing and channeling their capacities towards the sustainable development of society as a whole," he added.
Under the programme, MBRF is set to collaborate with various partners and international experts in the field of social responsibility, and will work to evaluate CSR activities in companies and institutions across the UAE.
