Military troops are still closing all roads leading to Rabaa el-Adaweya and Tahrir squares to traffic as part of a security plan as Egypt celebrates the third anniversary of the January 25 Revolution. Barbed wires are seen in the middle of the Nasr Road, outside the traffic department, outside the health insurance building and Nasr Club on Tayran Street, MENA reporter says. Barbed wires are also seen on all streets leading to Rabaa el-Adaweya.
