
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces received this evening at Al Bateen Palace members of the Emirates Youth council (EYC), who were accompanied by Shamma bint Sohail Faris AlMazrui, Minister of State for Youth Affairs.
Sheikh Mohamed exchanged Ramadan greetings with the EYC members and said the UAE, under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has attached great importance to the youth welfare.
Sheikh Mohamed further said that the leadership and people of the UAE believe that the youth can contribute to the country's growth and development through their skills, innovation and positive energy.
He called for investing in the youth abilities to achieve the ultimate goals of excellence and innovation, saying that the youth are the future of the UAE and are capable of facing all challenges of the future.
The EYC members expressed thanks to the UAE's leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan for supporting and encouraging the youth to achieve their ambitions and to work for the future of the UAE.
