
Moldova's Minister of Internal Affairs Alexandru Jizdan met here Wednesday a delegation from the Qatari Ministry of Interior headed by Major Jabr Hamoud Jabor Al Nuaimi, Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Police College, currently visiting Moldova at the invitation of the Moldovan Police General Inspectorate.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on cooperation between the Qatari and Moldovan police and means of developing them.The Moldovan Minister praised the role played by the Qatari police in serving the community and the progress and prosperity of the Qatari police.
The meeting was attended by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova Mohammed Ali Al Malki.The delegation also met with the senior officers of the Moldovan Police General Inspectorate, the Directorate of the General Inspectorate for Periodicals and Investigations, the Center for Forensic Medicine and Legal Skills.
The delegation also paid a visit to Stephane Gilles Marie Police Academy in Moldova , where they were briefed about the work of those departments and their role in security and service of Moldovan community .
