Moscow to host Europe security conference

The Russian capital of Moscow will host the Global Conference on European Security in May, Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has said. According to the Voic of Russia ministers and senior officials from the US, Canada and Europe will be invited to the security get-together. “I think it’s high time for a serious talk on European security,” Mr. Shoigu said at a plenary defense ministry session. “We have invited defense ministers from Europe, the United States, Canada and other countries to Moscow to convene an intentional conference in May,” he added.
