MP of Iraqiya coalition calls the UN to change Kobler

The MP, of the Iraqiya coalition, Walid Abboud al-Mohammadi called the UN to change the head of its mission in Iraq, Martin Kobler, for failing to provide assistance to the Iraqi people.
