NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg underlined that the alliance will not carry out military intervention in Libya.
In press statements on Thursday, Stoltenberg said that the foreign ministers of the NATO will discuss during their meeting held on Friday in Brussels conditions in Libya.
He further underscored that the most important support that can be provided is training cadres by the NATO if the national reconciliation government demanded.
Stoltenberg said that he probed with the Head of the Libyan Presidential Council Fayez al Sarraj the support that can be offered by the NATO.
He underlined that the Libyans should upgrade their skills and the infrastructure of their country.
