Almost 90 lawsuits filed by ex-candidate for post of Moscow mayor Aleksei Navalny, who challenged the results of the election of the Moscow mayor, have been either turned down or left unconsidered, Dmitry Krainev, spokesman for Aleksei Navalny, told Itar-Tass on Tuesday. All in all 951 lawsuits protesting against the results of the mayoral election in Moscow, were filed. Only three Moscow district courts -the Preobrazhensky, Lefortovo and Troitsky courts, did not answer yet because they had either lost Navalny's lawsuits or the lawsuits had not been delivered, he said. Nonetheless, Navalny intends to appeal all the decisions made by the Moscow district courts and afterwards, he will file an appeal against a resolution by the Moscow city court, Krainev said. On September 20 the Moscow City Court turned down Aleksei Navalny's lawsuit, in which the plaintiff demanded to invalidate the results of the mayoral election, saying Navalny 's complaint was not backed by reliable facts.
