He emphasised the importance of the stakes of the future and the efforts required from all parties as part of concord and consensus, notably for the draft of the country's new constitution. The talk with the Russian official, who is paying a working visit in Tunisia at the head of a government delegation, provided the occasion to discuss the Tunisian-Russian relations and joint will to further develop them, notably in the parliamentary, economic and cultural fields. For his part, the Russian official commended the success of the October 23 elections and the democratic transition process in Tunisia. The talk was attended by Russia's Ambassador in Tunis.
