A senior Iranian nuclear negotiator says the Tehran seeks an agreement with the P5+1 group that respects all rights of the Iranian nation, Press TV reported.
Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-e-Ravanchi made the remarks in a meeting with Austrian Deputy Foreign Minister Michael Linhart in Tehran on Monday.
The Iranian official reiterated Tehran’s right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, saying the P5+1 group should refrain from making "excessive demands" on Tehran's nuclear issue.
Linhart, for his part, expressed optimism about the signing of a deal between Iran and the P5+1 group on Tehran's nuclear program, saying Vienna is fully ready to expand relations with Tehran in all domains.
