Al Othaimeen said that all settlements made in Palestine are considered against the international law and the decisions of the United Nations regarding Resolution No. 2334 set by Security Council on 23rd December 2016.
The expansion of Israeli settlements is a violation of the Palestinian rights reflects Israel's policies of undermining the two-state solution, he added.
Al Othaimeen urged UN Security Council to abide to its resolution by opposing the Israeli violation, calling it a war crime that needs to end.
