Oman's royal office minister meets British chief of staff

Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed al-Nuamani, met here on Tuesday with Gen. Sir David Richards, Chief of the British Defence Staff who is currently visiting the Sultanate. During the meeting, the Royal Office Minister expressed his delight for this visit which comes within the framework of the keenness attached by the governments of the two countries to enhance the existing cooperation between the Sultanate and Britain. During the meeting, cordial conversations were exchanged. They also reviewed march of the good relations binding the two sides in various fields and promoting them to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries, besides touching on a number of matters of common concern.
