Over 300 trucks carrying aid enter Gaza strip

The Israeli occupation authorities opened the Karam Abu Salem commercial crossing on Monday to allow the entry of trucks loaded with goods and aid into the Gaza Strip. Chairman of the Coordinating Committee of Gaza's Supplies Raed Fattouh said the Israeli authorities will allow the entry of 310 truckloads of aids and goods for commercial, agricultural and transport sectors through the Karam Abu Salem crossing. Limited quantities of cooking gas are to be pumped into the sector, he added. Karam Abu Salem, the only commercial crossing operating in Gaza, is closed every Friday and Saturday by the Israeli authorities.
