
National Guard Director of Staff Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa today received a delegation from Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s National Defence College, led by Air Vice Marshal Faheem-Ullah Malik.
Welcoming the Pakistani military delegation, the staff director praised the two countries’ distinctive friendship ties. The visit was part of ongoing cooperation between the National Guard and the Pakistani Army.
The head of Operations and Training Division briefed the guests about the National Guard and its duties. The Pakistani delegation toured the National Guard’s divisions and hi-tech equipped training and educational facilities. The delegation also visited the National Guard’s Shooting Range and Weapons Museum.
The head of the Pakistani delegation thanked the National Guard’s director of staff for the good reception, and conveyed his greetings and the greetings of his accompanying delegation to His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard, thanking His Highness for providing them the opportunity to visit the National Guard. In the end, the two sides exchange commemorative gifts.
