Pan-African Parliament President Roger Nkodo Dang on Thursday underscored the importance of Egypt's role in Africa as a main source of the African countries' strength.
Dang made the remarks during a visit to the Egyptian Radio and Television Union (ERTU), also known as Maspero.
He was received at the building by head of the television sector Magdi Lashin. The two sides discussed ways of boosting cooperation.
Dang expressed thanks to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for hosting the meeting of the Pan-African Parliament in Sharm El Sheikh.
The parliament president along with the Cameroonian ambassador to Egypt attended the 41st training course for the English speaking African trainees organized by the African Media Training Center.
