Expressing dismay over the frequent disruption of parliament, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday sought the co-operation of all political parties to ensure smooth functioning of the House.“It is unfortunate that despite our best efforts, parliament has not been running smoothly. I would like to say that it is the job of not only the ruling party but all political parties to cooperate constructively in running the House,” the prime minister said. He was addressing a function after conferring Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee with the K.
