The opposition People's Congress has declared its support to the signing of the matrix of agreements that was signed on Tuesday in Addis Ababa by Sudan and South Sudan delegations. In a statement to SUNA, the Political Secretary of the People's Congress, Kamal Omer Al-Amin, said that his party is maintaining good relations with South Sudan State. He said that based on the national responsibility, the National Congress supports the agreement hoping that these agreements will lead to normalizing the relations, opening the joint border and solving the pending issues. Al-Amin has called implementation of the matrix, especially with regard to the passing of South Sudan oil via the Sudanese tube line. He expressed his country's support to the implementation of joint projects between Sudan and South Sudan toward guaranteeing stability and good neighborliness relations for the interest of the two peoples.
