Denver police arrested four as they forced Occupy protesters to leave an encampment at a downtown park.Police spokesman Sonny Jackson said four people were arrested Saturday for resisting against police officers who removed pitched tents. Jackson said police had planned to remove the tents in Civic Center Park and on a nearby sidewalk since Wednesday. Some protesters blocked a nearby street, leading into clashes with the riot police who hit the people and forced them to evacuate the place. Protesters have been marching in Denver for sixth straight Saturdays. On Friday, protesters who said they were with Occupy Denver tried to disrupt a conservative blogger conference at a downtown hotel. One of the protesters was arrested.
