Turkey's President Abdullah Gul said, "the best capital is the human capital. Whichever the government and the nation have a qualified public, and then they will always go forward. That is why we have to primarily pay attention to raise better generations." President Gul, who is on an official visit to Turkmenistan, attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the new campus of International Turkmen-Turkish University (ITTU) with Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow on Thursday. Speaking during the ceremony, Gul stated that bilateral relations between the two countries were heading perfectly. He noted that he was determined to spread good relations to any fields and said that some of those fields included education, science and culture. Turkmen President Berdimuhamedow also delivered a speech during the ceremony and said that they were giving priority to the education sector and added, "All opportunities will be presented for students to receive the best quality of education." Turkmen president stated that Turkey was coming at the top of their list within the scope of education cooperation. "Most of our youngsters continue their higher education in Turkey," added Berdimuhamedow. Earlier in the day, President Gul also visited the works being held at the Olympics Village which is being built by a Turkish firm and he was informed about the project. Moreover, President Gul visited the mausoleum of former President Saparmurat Atayevich Niyazov and laid a wreath.
