
President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi met here on Sunday with Jamal Benomar, the Secretary-General's Special Advisor for Yemen, and his accompanying delegation who arrived here earlier today for a visit to yemen to complete efforts aimed at ensuring success of the national dialogue conference . During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in Yemen and the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) which is about to conclude after achieving the required success especially after signing the fair solution docuement for the southern cause on part of all the conference elements. President Hadi reiterated his due keenness to overcome all obstacles and ensure success of the the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) which represents the core of change in Yemen its conclusion would be a significant historical event in Yemen's history. Benomar on his part, asserted the firm support of the UN and the international community to Yemen to ensure the political settlement and the NDC which will draw the features of yemen's new future. During his meeting with the ambassadors of the countries sponsoring the Gulf initiative implementation, earlier Saturday, the President highly valued the great efforts and support made by these countries to help Yemen carry out the political settlement based on the Gulf initiative and the UN Security Council's resolutions 2014 and 2051. The dialogue conference has safeguard Yemen from a lot of crises through different political, cultural and social forces set on the dialogue table throughout a period of 9 months, Hadi said.
