President Hadi receives phone calls from Saudi king, Qatari emir

President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi received on Tuesday evening a phone call from King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz of Saudi Arabia. During the phone conversation, they exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan. The King Abdullah expressed his deep appreciation for the successes that have been achieved in Yemen at the level of the political settlement implementation, as well as the great progress in the national dialogue conference (NDC), wishing the President the good luck and success in his huge duties until reaching the desired purposes. For his part, President Hadi voiced his thanks and deep appreciation to the Saudi King for his sincere fraternal feelings, which reflects the depth of closed relations between the two brotherly countries. The president expressed his high appreciation for the great and generous aid presented by the King Abdullah for the success of the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism and for the exit of Yemen from the crisis and the difficult circumstances. President Hadi also received a phone call from Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, during which they exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and friendly talks on the relations between the two brotherly countries. In the phone conversation, the president expressed his deep appreciation to Sheikh Tamim for the aid presented by Qatar to Yemen in the current difficult conditions for the sake of the success of the political settlement based on the Gulf initiative ,confirming that the Qatari contributions and aid would not be forgotten by the Yemeni people. Sheikh Tamim renewed his country’s supportive position to security, stability and unity of Yemen so as to move Yemen out to safety , peace and stability and achieve the success of the transitional period in all its requirements. Moreover, the president received phone calls from both of Prince Muqrin bin Abdul-Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister in Saudi Arabia, and Prince Mutaib Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz, Minister of the National Guard in Saudi Arabia. During the phone calls, the two princes exchanged with the president congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to the discussion of the topics of common concern at the bilateral ,regional and international levels.
