President of tourism and antiquities meets with US official

Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Arabian Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SACTA), met in Jeddah recently with a delegation of the U.S. Smithsonian Foundation, in charge of research centers and museum. During the meeting, they discussed ways of promoting cooperation between SACTA and Smithsonian Foundation in research and museum fields. The delegation is scheduled to visit the central and eastern regions of Saudi Arabia. Smithsonian Foundation has hosted Saudi Arabia's Marvelous Antiquities exhibition held in the U.S. last year.
