President of union of Myanmar recieves Qatari ambassador credentials

President Thein Sein of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar met at the presidential palace in the capital city of Naypyidaw, the credentials of HE Hassan bin Mohammed Rafea Al-Emadi. , as the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

HE ambassador Al Emadi conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani, to the President Thein Sein and his wishes for him of good health and happiness and the friendly people of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar steady progress and prosperity.

For his part, President Thein Sein asked HE Ambassador Al-Emadi to convey his greetings to HH the Emir and HIS thanks for the good feelings, wishing HH the Emir and the Government and the people of the State of Qatar continued good health and happiness and further progress and development.

The President expressed his pleasure to receive the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the country and welcomed the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, stressing that his government would provide all support for the Qatari Ambassador in order to promote bilateral relations between the two countries to their highest levels in various fields. He wished Ambassador Al-Emadi a pleasant stay in the country and success in his mission.
