On the third day of the sit-in staged in front of the National Constituent Assembly, thousands of Ennahdha Movement members, the majority party in the National Constituent Assembly (NCA), flocked to the scene to voice, on Saturday, their opposition to the Left and the NGOs which have been camping there since Thursday to claim "more freedom" and "priority to employment and the achievement of the revolutionary objectives". The leftist slogans notably include "Labour, Freedom and Dignity" and "Brothers in Parties and Religion, Divided by Parties." In the face of the heightened tension between the two groups, Ennahdha Movement dispatched its official spokesman Noureddine Bhiri and chairman of the provisional public authorities' organisation commission Habib Khedhr to appease the tension.
