Putin greets Russian, Ukrainian navy on their Navy Day

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin greeted Russian and Ukrainian navy and veterans on Russia’s Navy Day and Ukraine’s Navy Day. “Today, we are celebrating these holidays jointly, and it is symbolic that Sevastopol has become the main centre of the festivity. Here, 230 years ago the base of the Black Sea squadron was founded,” Putin said. “Sevastopol has grown into a big and wonderful city. It is a legendary hero-city.
