The State of Qatar said on Friday that the only solution in Egypt was through an inclusive dialogue between all political parties of the society and the state. The Qatari foreign ministry expressed, in a statement, concerns over the growing number of casualties due to what it called "repression of demonstrations" and the large amount of death casualties in all parts of Egypt. The ministry added that the decision to designate "popular political movements as terrorist organizations, including labeling peaceful demonstrations as terrorism," did not contribute to better outcome. "This was only a prelude to the shoot-to-kill policy on demonstrators," it said. The statement noted that confrontation and militarization proved to be unsuccessful in ensuring stability of the country. (end) nnd.mb KUNA 040101 Jan 14NNNN
