
The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the terrorist bombing which rocked a crowded park in Pakistan's eastern city of Lahore on Sunday, leaving scores dead and injured.
Qatar News Agency, QNA, quoted Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, as saying in a statement Monday that such criminal acts that target innocent lives do not represent Islam or its principles of tolerance and moderate. "The State of Qatar reaffirms full solidarity with the government and friendly people of Pakistan," the statement underlined.
The statement expressed sincere condolences with the government and people of Pakistan as well as the families of the victims, wishing those wounded a quick recovery.
