The Qatar Exchange slightly down on Wednesday 3.42 points or 0.04% to 8,478.67 points from the previous closing of 8,482.09. The volume of shares traded fell to 3,940,297 from 4,197,631 Tuesday, and the value of shares decreased to QR140,256,305.39 from QR170,064,179.10 Tuesday Among the top losers were commercial Bank of Qatar whose share dropped 0.55% to QR72.00 , Qatar Islamic Bank lost 0.39 to QR77.30, Islamic Insurance fell 1.03% to QR57.40 and Doha Bank down 0.91% to QR54.40. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector down 5.22 points while the Insurance sector dropped 2.10 points. The Qatar industrial sector added 6.37 points and the Services sector lost 0.48 points.
