
HE the Attorney General Dr. Ali bin Fetais Al Marri met today with Turkey's Minister of Justice Sadullah Ergin . The two sides held bilateral consultations on closer judicial and legal cooperation between the countries as well as several topics of common interest. The two sides signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on training of Qatari and Turkish prosecutors about legal and judicial systems between the parties. HE the Attorney General also met with Ahmet Iyimaya, Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Turkish Parliament and MP for the city of Ankara. They exchanged views on judicial and legal systems in both countries, and ways to boost the legal and judicial cooperation between the two countries . The meetings were attended by Qatari Ambassador to Turkey HE Salem Mubarak Al Shafi and the delegation accompanying HE the Attorney General.
