Qatari Emir, Premier & FM meet Kofi Annan

HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met at HH 's Emiri Diwan Office here on Monday with Kofi Annan, the United Nations-Arab League special envoy to Syria and the accompanying delegation on the occasion of their current visit to Qatar . Talks during the meeting dealt with the latest developments in Syria. HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani met here on Monday Kofi Annan, the United Nations-Arab League special envoy to Syria. Annan briefed HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister on the outcome of his recent visit to Syria. Efforts exerted to find an exit out of the current dilemma in Syria as per the arab initiative issued on 22/01/2012 plus the latest developments in Syria were also taken up.
