Qatari ministry of interior and interpol hold meeting in Leon

Qatar's delegation led by Maj. Gen Dr. Abdullah Yusuf Al Mal, the Legal Advisor to the Minister of Interior and the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol ) delegation, headed by Secretary General of Interpol, Mr. Ronald K. Noble, held on Tuesday a meeting at Interpol headquarters in Leon.  Qatari delegation comprises of Brig. Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Ansari, the Logistics Department Director at the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Director Arab and International Police Communication Department of the Ministry of Interior Brig. Khalifa Nasr Al-Nasr and Brig. Bader Ebrahim Al Ghanim, the Director of the Technical Office of the HE Prime Minister.  During the meeting, the two sides addressed ways to strengthen areas of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Interpol .It also discussed a number of important topics such as the cooperation agreement that will be signed between Interpol and Qatar Police College. The visiting delegation was briefed on the initiative, which was announced in 2012 on the support of Interpol to the security and safety of the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
