Quaint notes of Obama's Israel visit

The fifth US President visiting Israel, Barack Obama will be accompanied by a delegation of 600 people during his 50 hours long trip. Thousands of security guards and hundreds of parol cars will be on duty throughout the trip. In the framework of hosting the US president and his delegation in the best possible way, Israel kicked off preparations for his visit weeks ago. According to the information received about Obama's tour details and assessed by Anadolu Agency (AA), the 44th President of the US, Obama will be the 5th US president to travel to Israel and more, this trip would be the 9th visit in presidential level from US to Israel. Before Obama, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush paid a visit to Israel. Clinton had been to Israel four times, Bush visited twice while other presidents headed to Israel once each. -50 hours in the region- In the framework of his Israel and Palestine negotiations, Obama will stay in the region for about 50 hours and a delegation of 600 people will accompany him during his stay. Presidential jet, the Air Force One which will bring Obama to Tel Aviv is already stocked with food enough for 2,000 meals. Furthermore, First Lady Michelle Obama will not take her place in his entourage. In order to host Obama and his team in the best secure way, 15,000 personnel including 5,000 police officers will be on duty. Throughout his visit, 2,000 police fence will be placed on the roadside for security. Alongside patrol cars, each day, 50 scooters, 25 ATV quad bikes, 100 buses will be on use. Moreover, 35 mounted police officers will patrol on horseback every day too. -"Unbreakable Alliance"- About one thousand flags have been displayed all over in the streets of Jerusalem. Logo on the flags specially prepared for this visit are made from the combination of US and Israel flags. The logo has been decided with a public vote of thousands of people. The logo was created by based on the main theme and motto of the visit, the "Unbreakable Alliance". The logo is being used on all documents and signboards regarding the visit. On Thursday, Obama is planned to address the crowd to be mainly formed by undergraduates and in the scope of attending Obama's speech, the US Embassy in Israel opened a contest via social media site, Facebook, to give 20 tickets to whoever finds the most striking motto regarding Obama's visit. About 1,500 people took part in the contest. Coming together with Obama in Jerusalem, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to hand US president, a gold-plated and 0.04 millimetre tall "NanoChip". The "NanoChip" is settled on a 2000 years old Jerusalem stone which has the declaration of independency of both US and Israel side by side. It is said that this interesting gift, which was prepared by experts at the Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute (RBNI) symbolises the "strong and deep bonds between two countries, spanning past of thousands years of Israeli people and Israel's research-development leadership as of today."
