Rahi: Sleiman's speech constitutes an agenda for dialogue

The speech of President of the Republic Michel Sleiman on Army Day constitutes an agenda of true reconciliation and effective dialogue, Maronite Patriarch Bechara Boutros Rahi said today during Sunday mass in Bkirky. "It is time for all political parties to meet under a reconciliatory and frank table to examine the reality of Lebanon threatened by significant risks at all levels," Rahi added. We all and the civil society must now urge politicians to find a solution to the political crisis, he said. "The only solution lies in reviving the state through its constitutional institutions and loyalty of its people in order to deflate the socio-economic and security crises" Rahi concluded.
