The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has secured the support of the Saudi-led coalition to bring in vital medical supplies and aid workers to Yemen, a spokeswoman said on Sunday, Russia Today reported.
"We have received permission from the coalition for two planes now, one carrying supplies and one with staff," ICRC spokeswoman Sitara Jabeen said.
She added that the planes are to be sent to the capital city of Sanaa on Monday.
The negotiations have lasted for nearly a week, while the air strikes against Shia Houthi rebels started 11 days ago.
