
Taher Al-Nunu, the media advisor to the deposed Palestinian government in Gaza has denied news reports about a planned visit by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to Gaza Strip . In a press statement issued here on Saturday, Al-Nunu confirmed that Prime Minister of deposed government in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, is keen on achieving unity and ending the division, calling for accuracy in the dissemination of news and information. Media sources said that Haniyeh, during a meeting with reporters, spoke about a possible visit of Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas to Gaza to discuss the crisis in the strip and Israel's unilateral plans and attempts to impose them on Palestinian people.
