Mitt Romney and his wife Ann arrived in Tampa Tuesday for the first full day of the Republican national convention that will bless him as the party's candidate to run against President Barack Obama. The plane carrying him arrived in Tampa at 11:08 am (1508 GMT). Ann Romney was scheduled introduce her husband in a key speech to the convention Tuesday, offering a more intimate portrayal of the former Massachusetts governor, who has had trouble warming up to voters during a rough primary campaign.
