Iran's new president Hassan Rouhani said Tuesday that his country is ready for "serious talks" on its nuclear program "without losing time." He made the remarks at a press conference a few days after he was endorsed as the new Iranian president. "The nuclear rights of the Iranian nation will be on the agenda of this government and we will not slacken over the nation's rights," said Rouhani, adding however, "we are ready to enter negotiations (with the world powers) seriously and without losing the time." The Iranian president said if the other party is ready, "I am sure that both sides' concerns will be solved in a short time."
