Russian aid convoy arrives in Gaza

An aid convoy from Muslims in Russia arrived on Thursday evening in the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing, said Ashraq Qudra, a spokesman for the health ministry in Gaza. Qudra said the convoy of medical aid was accompanied by three women, reported palestinian Ma’an news agency on Friday . The shipment arrived in cooperation with the Arab doctors union in the ministry of health. He added that it contained nine different kinds of medicine that were needed in Gaza. The delegation will remain in Gaza for three days and hold meetings with the union.
