Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi will visit Libya soon, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said on Monday. Mehmanparast made the remarks while visiting IRNA pavilion at the 18th international press and news agencies fair. There are some big administrative changes in some of the countries in the region such as in Libya where people have successfully brought it under their control, he said. He said that Salehi will visit Libya soon in order to convey Iranian solidarity with the Libyan nation. On relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Tunisia, Mehmanparast said that as soon as the Tunisian leaders voice readiness to hold official meetings with the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Foreign Ministry will take action as Iran is ready to broaden relations with them. 'The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to expand all-out relations and cooperation with Tunisia and we assume they have the same attitude.
