Saudi king orders the presentation of higher litigation systems to be discussed by the Cabinet Monday

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has ordered the concerned authority to present the pleading system before the Board of Grievance as well as the religious pleading system and penal procedure system to be discussed by the Cabinet next Monday. The Cabinet will discuss the systems, approve and forward them to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for accreditation as the systems have already been drafted and studied by the concerned authorities upon instructions of the monarch.
