Saudi king receives phone call from Russian president

Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Saturday received a telephone call from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Putin congratulated the king on Eidul Adha and expressed condolences for the Mina stampede accident, the Saudi official news agency reported.
The two leaders also discussed recent regional and international developments.
The number of deaths in the Mina stampede on Thursday rose to 769 while 934 pilgrims were injured in the incident.
