Scys secretary general receives MP Sawsan Taqawi

Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa lauded the outstanding efforts of the members of the Representatives Council in supporting the youth and sport sectors. He was speaking as he received in his office in Seef District MP Sawsan Taqawi. He praised the role of the legislative power in passing legislations aimed at developing the youth and sport sectors. Both sides discussed issues pertaining to the youth and sport momentum, stressing development of the sectors thanks to the unlimited support of the leadership and constant follow-up of SCYS Chairman and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. On her part, MP Taqawi hailed serious work done by both sectors, adding that the achievements made by the Bahraini champions will remain witness to the efforts exerted by Shaikh Nasser to boost Bahrain’s status on the world sport map.
